There was a small corner of the open kitchen at the side of the shop to prepare the bak kut teh. We could smell it even when we were far away from the shop!

The female’s love! Pig’s trotters which contained rich protein.
The colour of the soup was clear and the taste of it is rather light, yet the overall taste was quite rich with the fragrance of the Chinese herbs.
The richness of the meat served with the plain rice was a perfect combination. They are indeed made for each other!
The pieces of chillis along with thick black soy sauce define the real perfection!
Among the side dishes provided by Soon Huat, the pickles and salted vegetables are the must-serve along with the bak kut teh.
The dried bean curds are very attractive, it absorbed the essences of the herbal soup and very juicy!
Johorean always say going to Taman Sentosa without having this dish is like you never went to Taman Sentosa before. So what are waiting for? Come get up your ass to get this before judging by others!
